What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all features until your subscription expires
  • Active job listings will remain live until your subscription ends
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • For renewal payments (monthly recurring charges)
  • If you have actively used the service to receive job applications
  • If your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

4. Prorated Credits

When upgrading or downgrading your subscription plan:

  • Upgrades: The price difference will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle
  • Downgrades: The new lower rate will apply starting from your next billing cycle

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@career.solar with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and the reason for your request
  3. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside of standard policy in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Extended service outages that significantly impacted your ability to use the platform
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Documented technical issues that prevented normal use
